Success Story

Pryor Tools is a manufacturer of municipal sewer cleaning equipment. When we started this project, we had no prior knowledge of the municipal sewer cleaning equipment industry. By spending many weeks conducting keyword analysis and continuing to upgrade our data base with highly converting keywords and wasteful negative keywords, we were able to gain a clear picture of which keywords would convert a respective product and which negative keywords were wasteful in spending–ultimately increasing sales while spending less on Pay-Per-Click ads.

An example of this would be a product that motors a blade designed to cut roots in sewer pipes. This product is sometimes referred to as “rotary cutter hydraulic motor.” However, by performing keyword analysis to find out which term for this specific line of product receives the most amount of monthly searches, we were able to find the search term “hydraulic root cutter motor” received the most (by far) amount of active monthly searches; AND we fully optimized the page for the term “hydraulic root cutter” motor.

If you went to Google and did a search for “hydraulic root cutter motor” you will see our client Pryor Tools ranks #1 in organic search results, Google Shopping and images.

Pryor Tools has nearly 1,000 products on their website and we are proud to say we have just about all the products ranked in the top 3 in Google search results!

Rich Snippets

On Google, please do a search for “easycam sewer camera.” In the results, you will see Pryor Tools ranks #2 only to the manufacturer of EasyCam sewer cameras. What you will also see in the results is the orange star rating associated with Pryor Tools as seen in the image above.

These star ratings, prices and availability information in search results is referred to as rich snippets and studies have shown, search results with rich snippets have a much higher click-through-rate than search results without rich snippets.

Also, in the same Google search result for “easycam sewer camera” if you were to click on the Shopping tab, you will see Pryor Tools positions itself in the #1 spot!
